Dog Food Meal Plan
1. Overview of Service
The Dog Food Meal Plan provides customised or pre-formulated dog meals designed to support canine health through balanced nutrition. Meals are prepared based on information provided by the client and are intended as a nutritional support service, not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment.
2. Client Responsibility
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding their dog’s health, age, breed, allergies, medical conditions, and dietary requirements.
- Inform the provider of any changes in the dog’s health or medication immediately.
- Consult their veterinarian before commencing the meal plan, especially if the dog has existing medical conditions.
3. Nutritional Disclaimer
While every effort is made to ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines, individual results may vary. The Dog Food Meal Plan does not guarantee prevention or cure of any illness, condition, or disease. The provider is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health conditions or incorrect client-provided information.
4. Meal Preparation & Handling
- Meals are prepared using fresh, quality ingredients following strict hygiene practices.
- Clients are responsible for proper storage, thawing, handling, and serving of meals once delivered or collected.
- Instructions provided must be followed to ensure food safety.
5. Subscriptions & Orders
- Meal plans may be offered as one-time orders or recurring subscriptions.
- Changes or cancellations must be requested at least [X] days prior to the next scheduled delivery.
- Late changes may not be accommodated due to preparation schedules.
6. Payments
- Full payment is required prior to meal preparation or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices may change with notice.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
7. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The provider is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond reasonable control.
8. Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products:
- No refunds or returns are accepted once meals have been prepared or delivered, unless the product is faulty or unsafe.
- Refund requests must be submitted within [24–48] hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
9. Allergies & Sensitivities
The provider cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform of any known allergies or sensitivities.
10. Pause & Termination of Service
The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if these terms are breached or if continued service may compromise the dog’s wellbeing.
11. Intellectual Property
All recipes, content, and nutritional plans remain the intellectual property of the provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aunty Liz Pet Meal & Treats shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Dog Food Meal Plan.
13. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the sate of Victoria, Australia.
15. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Dog Food Meal Plan, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
